Job Description Job Duties (may include but not limited to): Client Invoicing Prepare and distribute draft invoices to Project Managers for approval. Prepare and distribute final invoices to clients. Post billing adjustments and labor adjustments. Revise invoices as needed. Prepare and distribute credit memos as needed. Contact clients to ensure correct invoice formatting and procedures. Project Maintenance and Reporting Review project set up for accuracy and approval. Enter project billing terms. Ensure proper compliance with client contracts/proposals. Request and calculate SOV’s. Run weekly profit and loss reports and distribute to PM’s. Run labor reports as requested. Full cycle AP Employee Expense Reports. Resolve vendor/invoice issues. Vendor and consultant review, issuance. Maintain W-9’s and 1099. Maintain fixed asset book. Maintain design errors book. Maintain fringe benefits spreadsheet. Month End Close Balance AR and cash receipts and maintain spreadsheets. Maintain and distribute monthly billing reports and spreadsheets. Maintain spreadsheet of credits. MISC/Other Provide daily/weekly cash & expense updates. Perform general office and administrative functions. Perform special duties/projects as assigned. Education/ Experience: 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience in or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills. Strong math and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Computer Skills: Deltek Vision experience is a must. Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, document and database software (MS Office, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat).
