Job Description Immediate need for executive administrative assistant with a successful Houston based medical real estate Development Company. Would like to have experience with commercial real estate documents, leases and proformas, commercial construction contracts, AIA Documents, construction plan documents, monthly pay applications and lien releases. Position requires minimum expert level in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook. Perform administrative duties for a fast paced development department with three high level managers. Handle multiple projects located throughout the US. The ideal candidate will be self- motivated,organized, thorough and detail oriented. Knowledge Skills Abilities: Knowledge of computers, internet and multi line phones Skill in using Microsoft Works or Windows environment.
