I'm looking for an administrative assistant who is willing to learn, work hard, and grow within our company as our business expands. The person filling this position should be willing to learn the various parts of our business to efficiently assist in our operations. Job Duties: answering phones, general office duties, client invoicing, drafting documents, typing reports, daily work scheduling, etc. Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness to be flexible to assist in various duties. This position is full time office position Monday to Friday 8 to 5.
