The Administrative Assistant position completes all administrative functions within the branch office. Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial security officer applicant interviews.
Assist Recruiter in meeting recruiting goals.
Oversees and conducts all pre-hire paperwork and training.
Completes all new-hire paperwork and ensures compliance with Past-Positive program.
Assists with branch invoices and payroll procedures.
Aids in insurance enrollments and cancelations.
Maintains accurate and compliant personnel files.
Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a valid, current driver's license with no restriction B
2 years of office experience and experience hiring employees or HR Degree Preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Excel. ADP, Applicant Stack, Winteam, AS400 experience a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be able to attend job fairs throughout the Houston and Surrounding Areas, even on weekends if necessary
Must be able to travel to other offices in Houston and Surrounding areas and work there, as necessary.
Must be able to host job fairs throughout the city.
Work overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed
He/she must be customer service oriented.
Must have knowledge of social networking and marketing positions.
Must be able to successfully place candidates in a timely manner as well as appropriate positions in high volume recruiting
Abillity to reduce turnover and non-billable overtime
The successful candidate will pay close attention to detail.
Position based at branch office. Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted
