Requisition ID#172801 The position will provide administrative support to the MidContinent Business Unit's Drilling (MCBU) and Completions (D&C) Performance Team, as well as provide administrative support for other D&C teams as needed. The Administrative Assistant must be someone who is self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to multitask. The successful candidate needs strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Management of work scheduling for a rotational workforce supporting MCBU D&C Operations Support employee training and onboarding efforts by scheduling meetings and organizing office moves, space planning, furnishings, computer equipment, supplies, etc. Meeting planning coordination including; organize meeting logistics, scribe, disseminate meeting minutes and prepare agendas. Set up and maintain distribution lists and organizational charts. Order supplies, maintain inventory and compile procard receipts and approve charges. Manage visitor access requests Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Advanced proficiency using MS office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and familiarity with Visio. Excellent administrative skills: Demonstrated capability to maintain complex calendars and logistics; prepare manager(s) for meetings and other events; organize business conferences and meetings; handles activities with high confidentiality. Communicates in a clear, concise and effective manner with internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SharePoint administration. Knowledge of Drilling and Completions function organizational capability and operational support requirements preferred. Proficiency with SAP for timewritng. Committed to excellence in results and behaviors. Ability to anticipate immediate and future needs and be flexible. Looks for cost effective solutions in managing duties. Maintains personal focus on incident and injury free behaviors and encourage co-workers to do the same.
