I have a huge apartment , 1715 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 Study, 2 baths and very spacious living area (with washer and dryer also full size mirror in a dining area) that I would like to sub-lease until October 2012. Current rent for this apartment is 1311 (including utility) and am willing to negotiate the rent amount. Dates to move in will be last week of January 2012.
