Independently performs key responsibilities for Tactical Projects including Tactical Interconnects, Large Maintenance Project, Asset Integrity, and Storage.
:Responsibilities may include but are not limited necessarily to the following:
:Provide project support to Project Management Team
:Project Cost Analysis and Management
:Project Forecasting and Reporting
:Project Management Reporting
:Project Schedule Development, Analysis, Maintenance and Reporting
:Project Change Control (Scope, Schedule, Costs)
:Project Risk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation Planning
:Project Document Control
:Capital and Maintenance Expense Budgeting, Tracking and Reporting
:Monthly and Quarterly Accruals
:Annual capital and expense budgeting support
:Requires a minimum of 8:10 years of experience in the gas or energy industry.
:Prior experience in the construction side of the business along with knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
:Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
:Position requires strong analytical skills as well as effective independent decision making.
:Must be detailed oriented, well organized, and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities.
:Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
:Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
:Exceptional computer skills are required with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
:Experience working with Oracle, PowerPlant, Markview and Hyperion.
:Manages projects or programs with moderate resource requirements; risk and/or complexity; monitors and controls costs and resources.
:Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
