We are currently recruiting healthy individuals for our study at the UT Health Science Center. This study is investigating brain mechanisms of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia.
If you decide to be a part of the study, you will participate in a confidential interview, cognitive testing, a urine drug screen, a MEG scan (which measures brain activity), and an MRI (which helps to locate where the brain activity is coming from). None of these tests involve exposure to radiation and are safe and non-invasive. The only risks involve having metal on your body, which is why we screen thoroughly to ensure you are MRI-safe.

If you decide to be a participant in the study, you will be compensated for your time.

The Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
 You must be between the ages of 18 and 50 and in good health.
 You must not abuse drugs or alcohol.
 Full-color vision.
If interested, please email or call 713-486-2736 for more information or to set up an appointment.
