We are looking for people who have had a heart attack or stroke within the last five years.

We also are looking for people who smoke or have smoked in the past, age 40 and older, with breathing problems, or a diagnosis of COPD.

Qualified participants can be reimbursed for their time and travel throughout the length of the study.
