The University of Indianapolis is conducting a web-based study to learn about how different types of social interactions impact the health of men and women living with HIV/AIDS. You will be asked to complete a survey online that should take about 1 hour of your time to finish, and all of your responses will be confidential. For your participation in the study, you will receive a $20 gift card from Wal-Mart.

To participate in this study, you must be:

• Diagnosed with HIV/AIDS
• Over the Age of 18
• Currently Living in the United States
• Able to Receive Emails and Complete a Survey Online
• Able to Read and Write English
