Want to help with a meditation study?
We are gathering information in a survey to help design a future research study. In order to participate in the survey, you need to be between 18 and 70 years old and willing to spend 5-10 minutes to answer the questions. The future research study is on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, a treatment for people with depression. Our future research study will use three different formats to present the same material: an internet format, an individual one-on-one training format, and a group session format. We would like to know which delivery formats you would like best so we can better design the study.
All your answers will be anonymously collected, stored and analyzed. Interested?
