Job Description:/h3:
We are currently looking for an assistant manager trainee. Must be eager to learn, outgoing, friendly, patient, and customer service oriented. Retail experience is required. After hiring, the training could take up to 6 months before becoming the assistant manager.

We offer growth opportunities into upper management or other potential roles.

In addition to the responsibilities of a Sales Associates the managers are required to ensure that the work place is safe and free of hazards for employees as well as customers, to provide guidance for the Sales Associates in doing their tasks, making sure that back stock, zeroes, fronting, and dusting has been done. Managers are not exempt from these tasks and when necessary they should participate in all of the duties of the sale associates. Managers should take care of the customers problems, and supervise opening and closing procedures of the store.
