Entrepreneurial, small business law firm seeks outstanding Legal Secretary 20-30 hours per week. Some flexibility within normal office hours 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Hourly rate: $10.00-$15.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Performs administrative and office support activities for the firm's Attorney/CEO.
2. Acts as a receptionist by fielding telephone calls and receiving and directing clients, vendors and other visitors.
3. Needs to have expertise in formatting and editing legal and non-legal documents, especially using Microsoft Word styles.
4. Manages multiple Microsoft Outlook calendars including scheduling, arranging, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel for Attorney/CEO.
5. Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails using Microsoft Office.
6. Performs general clerical duties including printing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Additional: office administration, marketing and/or sales responsibilities available for the right candidate.

Skills Required:
1. Super organized self-starter who can "figure it out" with minimal direct supervision.
2. Extremely high attention to detail.
3. Excellent grammar, punctuation, writing and editing skills.
4. Professional and courteous interactions with firm members, vendors, and clients at all times.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

5. Must maintain a high level of client and firm confidentiality
