U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (USPh), founded in 1990, is a publicly held company which operates 500+ outpatient physical and/or occupational therapy clinics in 42 states. The Companys clinics provide post:operative care for a variety of orthopedic:related disorders and sports:related injuries, treatment for neurologically:related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care. We are currently searching for a Mail Room Clerk to join our exciting company. This is a very busy and fast paced environment so we are searching for a highly energetic individual to join the USPh family. This will be mail clerk duties but also other duties listed below as we take up 2 floors of a 5 story building. So your job duties will be diversified and not just mail room duties. Job Summary:The Mail Room Clerk position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including, but not limited to the mail room clerk, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the CompanyA?s business goals and objectives. Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:A: Handles the entire mailroom/FedEx area which includes keeping the area organized, stocked, mail sorted, stamped and taken to the post office daily, as well as keeping the FedEx machine up:to:date with current information.A: Maintains the copiers and the fax machines and incoming faxes.A: Orders and stocks copy paper and all kitchen supplies.A: Stocks machines with required supplies to stay functional.A: Interact with vendors for copiers/faxes/paper.A: General cleaning, stocking and upkeep of all kitchens (5).A: Any other duties that may be assigned by his/her supervisor. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have; ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
