Job Description ROLE SUMMARY The Acquisition Agent shall be the primary point of contact and liaison meeting one-on-one with sellers to purchase Single Family, Residential Real Estate. As seller leads come into the system and qualify for a house visit, the Acquisition Agent will be scheduled to meet with the seller and provide an offer to purchase their house. NOTE: ACQUISITION AGENT WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED WARM, QUALIFIED LEADS, AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COLD CALLING OR LEAD GENERATION. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS PRIMARY ROLE : Meet with sellers as the primary point of contact and company liaison to contract and purchase Single Family, Residential Real Estate. Familiar with Real Estate valuation, contracts, and transaction management. Run reports and analyze neighborhood comparables in preparation for meetings with sellers. Evaluate home values along with necessary repair costs once onsite to calculate offer price and present to sellers. Provide onsite, written offers on the company’s behalf directly to sellers. Manage and update Sales CRM tasks and data fields. Assist in transaction coordination to solve issues in getting transactions closed and funded. Goal Driven - Goal oriented with a strong aptitude for organizing, prioritizing and managing time and tasks to close transactions. Limited Need for Supervision - Highly self-motivated and independent, with a limited need for supervision while primarily working remotely.
