We are currently seeking a Business Development/Sales Associate who is driven and motivated to work alongside an established team in our Newport Beach office and receive on-going mentoring and training in Commercial Real Estate. Job Responsibilities: Identifying Entry level commercial real estate sales position. Develop new business through research, networking, cold calling and face-to-face meetings both locally and nationally. Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments. Compose research reports on prospective clients, build and organize prospect database. Attend training designed to educate Associate on all aspects of the business including selling techniques, commercial real estate knowledge, how to give presentations, etc. Gain an expertise that will serve you for an entire career. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or relevant major. One to two years prior sales experience (cold calling and lead generation is a plus). Above average Microsoft Excel skills Tech savvy High-energy and self-motivated Detail oriented Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Excellent time management and analytical skills Must be competitive, passionate team player Solid business skills and problem solving capabilities Active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment with extensive use of computer and phone.
