:Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
:Assist and direct callers with payment, violation, and general queries
:Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation
:Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
:Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
:Maintain Kitchen/employee break area to keep kitchen clean/ stocked as needed
:Sort and re:direct payments and mailed correspondence
:Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
:Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
:Positive, can:do attitude with a commitment to excellence
:Ability to meet stringent deadlines
:High attention to detail, flexible, and a quick learner
:Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
