Cook Needed --- Monday - Friday- 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Business Dining Cafe and Executive Catering location has an immediate opening for an experienced Culinary Professional. Position Summary - Prep and cooks foods requiring short preparation time, according to customer requirements.
-Typically, performs cooking and assists Executive Chef with Food Preparation.
- Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
-Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving meats, vegetables, and other food offerings
-Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish.
-Tastes products, reads menus, follows production, and keep records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies.
-Cleans and sanitize work stations and equipment and must follow all Sodexo, client and regulatory rules and procedures.

Sodexo will require a background check and a drug screen for this position.
