30 unit restaurant chain Loooking for a part time or full time corporate chef that will help work hand in hand with upper management to revamp our menu, from recipes, plating, presentation, etc.
Our Corporate Chef will also be in charge of going from unit to unit and conduct kitchen training to our cooking staff through hands on training and classroom training.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Mexican Cuisine
Fluent in Spanish.
