Restaurant Manager (Director)

Chick:fil:A at 249 and Jones Rd. is looking for motivated, hard:working, dependable, and enthusiastic people to join our leadership team
Chick:fil:A at 249 and Jones Rd. restaurant operational leaders, direct the daily efforts of an exceptional team devoted to achieving operational excellence and providing Chick:fil:As signature Second Mile Service to our Raving Fans.
Leaders on our team also have the opportunity to develop new skills, set and achieve goals, be directly mentored by our Owner/Operator, and gets hands:on experience they will need to be successful in their career.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
Individual wanting real responsibility and experience leading operations in a 7.7 million restaurant with 100 Team Members. Once hired, the candidate will receive training in critical areas for 6 weeks to 2 months. After training, the Leader will rotate thru major areas of responsibility in the restaurant over 2 1/2 years; Human Resources, Drive:Thru, BOH Operations, Financial:Labor/ Scheduling, FOH/Hospitality and Marketing. After 2 and 1/2 years of success, Leader can apply for Chick:fil:A Corporate Staff, Operator/Owner Selection Process, Senior Leader at our restaurant or leverage your experience to jumpstart a career outside Chick:fil:A.

Speaks English (with some Spanish).

Closed Sundays
All Chick:fil:A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
College Scholarships In 2017 Team Members can apply for 2,500 a year up to 4 years for college scholarships
