Summary: This job is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to Accounts Receivable Management. Position will focus on ARM programs requiring support by Customer Operations. Effectively manage the development lifecycle for major and minor enhancements. Ensure systems design and functionality matches the organizations business strategies and is clearly communicated to the user groups. Create test scripts and data to facilitate user testing and ensure the enhancement deliverable satisfies the customer group request. Support change communication and coordinate end:user training for system implementations.

:Maintain an understanding of specialized ARM programs, and be able to asses impacts to operations processes
:Assist with development of operations processes to support ARM programs.
:Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for process improvement.
:Participate in development and implementation of new processes and tools to streamline workflow and creative recommendations/solutions for system workarounds until program changes and/or enhancements are made to correct critical issues that arise.
:Recommend solutions to operational issues associated with both manual and automated ARM programs.
:Develop businessrequirements that drive technical and/or RPA solutions in SAP and WSCO.
:Develop, implement and utilize spreadsheets, graphics and word documents as required for analysis, documentation, reporting and presentations.
:Provide support to operations teams in performing analysis, determining root cause and escalation of process issues to applicable stakeholders.
:Provide training for new hire on:boarding, process updates and process refresh training
:Position may be first line of contact with the 3rd party vendors providing ARM Solutions.
:Build and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
:Provide support for special assignments as required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, from an accredited college or university strongly.
:Minimum of one year experience in ARM Operations processes with emphasis on analyzing and participating in business process and system improvement efforts preferred.
:Knowledge of the utility and/or the deregulated energy or telecommunications industry strongly preferred.
