Company Description: Gracepoint Homes is a premiere, privately-owned and operated luxury home building and land development company with 14 communities throughout the greater Houston area. Since its founding in 2006, the Company has expanded into multiple master-planned communities in Fort Bend and Montgomery County.

Job Description:
Responsible for selling, processing and closing homebuying customers in accordance with Company business plan with the outcome of creating a customer that is so satisfied with their purchase that they are willing to provide referrals. Basic job tasks to include:
Adhere to the company’s selling philosophy when providing exceptional service to our customers and Realtors utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided
Maintain the condition of the model home, available homes, and community in general to create competitive advantage, communicating with team members and subcontractors for maintenance
Develop in-depth knowledge of market and competition, including product, features, pricing strategy, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics
Provide timely and consistent follow-up with customers from initial contact to after closing
Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company tracking software
Participate in sales meetings to review community status and sales strategies
Process contract documents and change orders efficiently to insure timely completion by other team members and customer satisfaction
Generate leads from local community by contacting Realtors, businesses, and homeowners
Perform all other duties as assigned

Compensation: We offer one of the most competitive compensation plans in the industry with the potential to earn $100k+ annually. 90-day training salary to be provided with Draw/ Commission plan or Salary plus Commission plan to choose from. Meeting the minimum expectation of two new home sales per month will typically result in earnings of $100+.

Passion for customer service
Be well presented and have great communication skills
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve at a high level
2+ years of service or retail sales experience (preferred)
Ability to work weekends (Sat. 10am – 6pm & Sun. 12pm – 6pm) with two days off during week
Basic computer skills
