Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for effectively selling Company Products and Services in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for developing new accounts and secondarily growing existing customers. The Outside Sales Representative will coordinate with Leadership and Product Line Specialists when needed to help in the Sales Process.

The Ideal Candidate will be a detail oriented self-starter with outstanding relationship building, management and organizational skills. The Outside Sales Representative will be a critical part of the strategic planning team, developing their short and long term territory goals. You must have a proven track record in the Greater Houston/Gulf Coast Area, a strong network and understanding of the value of maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent industrial sales experience preferred

· 3+ years of relevant industry sales experience including basic knowledge of manufacturing operation preferred

· Knowledge of Tank, ASME pressure vessel, fabrication and pipe fabrication preferred

· Successful and proven experience in selling industrial services and developing customer relationships is a must

· Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail and follow up

· Strong work ethic, excellent written and oral communication skills, competitive nature

· Proficient in the use and application of: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Competitive Base Salary plus “Uncapped Commission”
