You will work under the guidance and be trained by a senior Accounts Manager. This role will primarily be administrative in function, supporting the day-to-day efforts of our sales team and provided with daily tasks from the Account Manager. Long Term opportunity for growth as an Account Manager or Sales Operation.
• Assist with managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Dealing with various aspects of the sales cycle - Specifically outreach and follow up.
• Monitor market and competition information by gathering and consolidating various reports.
• Understand pricing, products, and account strategy.
• Tracking and updating inventory and pricing systems.
• Learn and leverage a network of industry contacts to generate new business.
• Coordinate sales efforts between two offices
• Maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
• Cold Call and Email Campaigns, as directed.
• Completing administrative work, as directed.
• Translate (English - Spanish) various product sheets, emails, conference calls, sales requests.

• Fluent proficiency in Spanish; oral and written communication skills is a must
• 1 yr of sales or customer facing experience or 2.5+ years of professional work experience
• Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality
• Strong communication, clear articulation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office & online research
• Self Starter and Motivated to Achieve
• Able to learn new things and execute

Additional Information
Pay Rate: $28,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
