Job Description
1. General Objective Determine the objective of the position or its reason for being and environment in which to play.
Ensure the correct administration on sales processes and logistic in the designated region to offer client satisfaction and retention every time they utilize our services, always ensuring the revenue for the company.
2. Essential Tasks Describe the tasks, functions and main activities to be performed.
1.Growth in revenue and assuring compliance in line with the mission.
1.1Analysis of the sales results by client and by region of the designated routes for the assigned region.
1.2Development, execution and follow up on the action plans established based on the outcome of the sales Analysis for decision making process.
1.3Ensure the implementation, used and follow up of the different sales monitoring schemes (Lead, Collection, and Marketing) by auditing this processes in a consistent basis.
1.4Develop, review, and execute the action plans established based on the findings from the sales audit.
1.5Ensure that every step of the sales process has the necessary control tools to avoid situations that may risk the assets and revenue of the company.
1.6Implement appropriate marketing processes to monitor and identify the opportunities to implement pricing.
2.Maximize the number of clients in the designated regions.
2.1Implement the advertising campaign for the business where indicated. (Office attributes, vehicle Attributes, Services, Designated locations).
2.2Evaluate and develop new service platforms focus on the client for sales and customer service processes. (New strategies, ideas, monitoring schemes, etc.)
2.3Evaluate the efficiency and profitability of each of the clients in the designated region in an ongoing basis. Maximizing the revenue and sales for the company.
2.4Ensure the implementation of the action plans to increase the number of clients, supermarket stores, commercial chain stores, etc.

3. Performs other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor Sales Manager : Turimex LLC or Department Administrator
