The position of Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving and leading sales strategy and initiatives by understanding and alignment with project strategy. In addition, incumbent will monitor, measure, and manage projects. Effective sales representatives will have the ability to manage and protect accounts, build and maintain key internal and customer relationships and have a commitment to building effective partnerships.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Measurement:
: Research and plan trips in accordance with strategic sales goals.
: Performs inside sales duties and data entry in sales office as needed.
: Provides customer service to current and prospective customers by answering questions and solving problems.
: Consistently provides frequent feedback of market insights, successes, barriers and results of sales initiatives.
: Gathers market intelligence and identify options for taking advantage of opportunities.
: Understands business context and stakeholder needs to support options and decisions.
: Performs weekly summary of team's key market insights, key successes, key barriers and key results from sales initiatives.
: Establishes measures to ensure effectiveness of execution plan and provide clear indication of progress towards meeting goals/objectives.
: Establish and manage sales plan and objectives:
: Aligns sales objectives with business objectives and business strategy.
: Plans and organize to meet objectives.
: Monitors sales performance against monthly objective.
Education/Experience
: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience/Skills/Competencies
: 2years of applicable sales experience is required.
: Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
: Must be organized with good time management skills.
: Possess proven strategic/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
: Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications (Work, Excel and Outlook), as well as general computer skills.
: Previous cold calling experience.
: Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
: Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
: Must be self:motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively to meet or exceed goals.
: Able to operate in a fast:paced and changing market environment.
: Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
: Willingness to travel up to 50 and work in a global team of professionals.
