The Chucho Valdés Quintet performs at Miller Outdoor Theatre on August 13 at 8:30 p.m., for one night only.

Winner of five GRAMMY® and three Latin GRAMMY® awards, the Cuban pianist, composer and arranger Chucho Valdés is the most influential figure in modern Afro-Cuban jazz.

His new album, Border Free, takes us through an eclectic range of pieces. His virtuosity as a pianist, his talents as a composer and his ingenious arrangements unite to create a music that enthralls.

Free tickets for the covered seating area are available at the Miller Outdoor Theatre box office on the day of the performance between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. There is a limit of four tickets per person over age 16, while they last.
