I am looking for a keyboard player to add to the 3 piece band I'm in. We could be considered a post-punk band, but have a lot of pop elements. You would be there to add texture. We don't need a concert pianist or a synth wizard, but someone that just knows what to play and not overstate their presence. A female that can sing would be ideal to complement our male singer's voice. Everybody in the band is experienced live and in the studio, and is competent on their instrument (that is important). Sundays are practice days, sorry church-goers.

Local producer searching for a male or female rock vocalist for recording project. 18-30 yrs. old with great vocal range and insticts. Singers only! No screamers, snorters or rappers. This is a top 40 style project.

Must have available CD or mp3 of vocal samples and be able to travel to N. Houston 1-2 times per week for a month or so.

WE:

We are a professional group with a strong repertoire that spans Top 40 hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and present.

We have played:

1. Bar gigs (Rock/Pop)
2. Club/Lounge gigs (Disco/Funk/R&B)
3. Private parties (all of the above plus some Jazz/Bossa/etc)

We were a quintet until recently when our two frontmen, husband (played keys/sang lead and backup) and wife (sang lead and backup), relocated out of state to pursue other ventures.

We are looking for ONE FEMALE SINGER, ONE MALE SINGER, and ONE KEYBOARD PLAYER. Singers must be comfortable with singing lead and backup (harmonizing) and keyboard players must have a working knowledge of music and fundamental theory.

Which leads us to...

YOU:

1. Should have a professional attitude/appearance.
2. Should have a professional instrument/equipment.
3. Be experienced in setting up a rep of 40+ songs.
4. Be experienced in a "live" on stage musical setting.
5. Ages 21-35, preferably.
